I ordered face masks from this company, which charged my credit card immediately and yet, nearly a week later, still shows the order being "processed" - no shipment, no estimate for when it will ship, no communication whatsoever. Worse, they do not respond to emails to the customer service address when I write to inquire about the status of this order. I believe it may be a scam. User's recommendation: Avoid this company - it may be a scam.
