Item Name : Natures Healing Moments Copper watch I purchased this as you see Nov-Dec 2017 and just this minute the elastic has snapped and the beads scattered all over the ground, luckily I had just arrived home. I am very careful with it and only wear it when I go out and that is only 1 or 2 times a week, and I take it off as soon as I get home. So you see I am very careful with it, I really love it. The payments are still being taken from my card Can you advise me what happens about re-reimbursement? The answer to my email was .. Unfortunately, as your product is now outside of the below advised warranty period, we are not able to accept this product back, nor do we offer any form of a repair service. We appreciate your feedback, however, and have passed on your comments to the relevant department for further review. Hence I emailed back. I did telephone your company yesterday at 10:45 19/2/18 and the lady (she didn't give me her name} who answered said I would be able to return it for a replacement, though I should wait for my email reply from you to see what is to be done. It would seem a pity that I cannot wear it and paid so much for it. If I had purchased it at a local jewellery store I know I would have had more satisfactory results. This is a HUGE setback for shopping online. And as I have ordered many other products online and always found satisfactory results.
