Item is Missing

Hi, I would like to file a complaint regarding the service. I have send out a package og 1.3 kg (refer to the picture below), but the recipient didn't received the full item (refer to the video). The tablet is missing. The item were send out from GDEX Malaysia (Sibu, Sarawak Branch). Please take further action regarding this matter.Thank you. [protected]
