Item hasn’t shipped

Ordered an item in November and still have yet to get an update as to when it will ship and be delivered. Contacted the company a week after I placed my order and havent received an email yet. Stay away from this company by all means. I will definitely be telling others not to do business with them. User's recommendation: I do not recommend this merchant.
