Italk TV broke up with its TV supplier recently. They sent emails to tell us change to their TV services. So we did back to April. As they promised they would send the replaced box within 5 to 15 days. A month and half later, no box at all. They even did not set up our account in their system! I called them 7 times at least to check if the box has been sent out. They keep promising I should wait another week every time. Why lie if they can keep the promises??? I won't trust them in the future. When I get my box, I will watch for a year for free, and then cancel it for sure! I don't know how a company like this can even survive!
