It would be nice if the mechanic communicated with me
My mechanic Jason showed up on time to replace a light bulb in a headlight. Apparently when he opened the hood he couldn't get the hood support attached correctly so we called the company and had my appointment canceled and then drove off when all he had to do was asked me how to attach it as I was in the house only feet away. I called the company for explanation apparently I mechanic can refuse service to anyone for any reason. It was 28 degrees so I think you just didn't want to work in the cold. If you book one of these mechanics make sure you stay outside with him the whole time so he doesn't bail on you. Took a whole day's work off for nothing. They did offer me $20 off my next appointment I will not be making
