It won’t let me back on the motor trend channel!

We had a power surge and internet was cut off . Then it went back on and i lost my motortrend channel. It won't let me get back on! I forgot my password! Im retired and a senior citizen! Help me please. I'm paying every moth for a channel that I can't get! Help please...love this channel! Thank you ..peter and Anna Ross family
