I was told I was approved for a home through the Alvin store. I gave them the money down. Then to come find out, they were going through some rent to own company. I was not told this until after I had gave them money down. Then they told me I need another 800. at closing. It was all over rated. And I couldn't get a direct answer from them. Like how much my payments would be and things like that . I told them never mind just give me my money back. It's been a month and I still haven't got my money back. Can you tell me what I need to do or who I can contact? I need my money. I'm in a bind and they don't care. They just keep lying about everything.
