It was like groundhog day..

My son was seen on June 8th at the Fleming Island location, I had scheduled him for a basic exam and x-rays. They would not allow me into the back with him until after the x-rays were done and I was informed that he has several cavities and the extra tooth he had would have to be addressed by an orthodontist. They gave me a little package with his x-rays in it and scheduled me for an appointment at the Orange Park office, fast forward to our appointment today.. I signed in and gave the paperwork to the receptionist, we are taken back and then I am asked how I was referred here and if he had had X-rays done so I tell the lady his paperwork is up front the receptionist has has it and was supposed to give it to you. My frustration here is the fact that I basically took time off of work to have the same exact visit I did at the other location, the only difference here is the dentist saw two extra teeth instead of one and gave him a referral to an oral surgeon with the dental tech stating hopefully his insurance will cover this if not try shands care.. I am very low income but I think in January I will add my child to my dental plan so they don't have to deal with people better is unorganized and chaotic.
