It took a month to get an appointment then another two months to get the trailer back on what was warranty work

The second time that I had to take my trailer in to get the same things fixed and then they make me contact the manufacturer to get the approval which was not needed. I took the trailer in July 2 and was told today that they are waiting on parts and that they don't know when it will get done. It could take two months! Why did I have to make an appointment a month early just to wait two months to get things fixed?
