It took A month to get A service tec out to for A problem and then the tec said there was A defect in out scooter and had me sign and then I never heard back for 3weeks and when I called they told me

they will not do any thing about the steering on the scout 4 wheel scooter it caused my wife to tip DONover 2 times and we had to call 911 she got hurt realy bad and they lied to us did not call back hung up on me and now we are out 917.00 and have A non usable scooter DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY GET YOUR MONEY AND DUMP YOU User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL BE SOORY YOU DID.
