It sucks. My internet won’t work and I can’t talk to a human.

I have spent an hour on Mothers Day trying to get my internet fixed. Im canceling my internet at the end of this billing cycle if I cannot get help. This is not how I wanted to spend Mothers Day User's recommendation: Don’t get Centurylink.
