I have purchased two RVs here over the course of 11 years. My first one in 2006 was luckily a very solid unit that required zero service. In 2016 we ordered A new unit and when it came in we took a walk through and jotted down several things that had to be fixed. Mostly minor but one major thing. There were four screw holes coming out the back wall of the camper. We were assured all the problems would be fixed when we pick the camper up and had our demo in two weeks. At the demo the first thing we noticed was that the screws were still sticking out the walls. We were told it will get fixed. It has been three years and it has not been fixed. When you call and speak with the service manager (I’ve been through two now) you get the runaround. They mostly won’t even call you back. The only way to get them to respond is to call Jayco directly. That will get you a phone call from Buffalo RV at least. However nothing will be done to fix your repairs. This seems to be a very common theme for Buffalo RV. They have high turnover in their staff I believe. Aside from the two service managers I have also been through three customer care liaisons. The owners don’t care about their staff and certainly don’t care about fixing any problems with RVs that they gladly took your money for. I am utterly amazed that they are allowed to stay in business. I will never go back, I certainly would never buy from them, and will tell anyone I know that is interested in buying to avoid this place like the plague.
