All of the negatives listed on many, many reviews had to be true --as we recently went through a same nightmare of being without a door since April 2019 and still do not have a door. Their customer service, they call it --is non-existent from the very beginning. They should rewrite the website on their -customer satisfaction and caring. It would take too much valuable time to give all the details as too much time and energy has already been wasted. They certainly DO NOT live the GOLDEN RULE nor does anyone care. They all "pass the buck." Cannot rate customer service because there is no "zero" option
