Dan Nickens walked in to my office talking about HIBU and how it would get my banner placed in front of folks that need my product. I explained to him that I understood that no one knows if something will work in marketing until you try it. I was left with the impression that I could stop the service any time I wanted. One of the features on the Mobile ads has a Click-To-Call function. I had that set up to ring to an exclusive number that I could track in real time. I also set this number to ring directly to my whole sales staff in real time 24/7. If anyone clicked on this feature, someone would get the call and I would be able to tell who clicked it, who received it and how long they talked. I tested the link and it worked. For 3 months, I kept getting reports from HIBU that showed that consistent traffic was using the Click-To-Call function. HOWEVER, nothing was happening on our exclusive numbers. Nothing was showing on our internal call tracking except for our test calls. No one on our sales staff was receiving calls from this except from our test calls. I contacted HIBU and told them that I wanted to cancel the service and the told me I had to wait the full 6 months. I have expressed my complete dissatisfaction in my experience and they have not offered any resolution. I am almost finished with my 6 month contract and will be out $3,000. So far, I have not received 1 call on this line! You would thinks I would have received at least a butt-dial / miss-click dial call in that time frame. Supposedly this has been displayed on over 100,000 mobile devices. Complete scam! NO WAY I COULD GET THIS KIND OF EXPOSURE AND HAVE NO ONE CALL. Simple FB ads have produces more results.
