It can’t get worse

Every time we make a return, for some reason, one or two items gets lost. When we called, they made us wait for over an hour, just to hung up, or hear from some confused agent "we don't have your item". We used this company for over two decades mostly for the lifetime guarantee, which turned out to be a farce and we are extremely disappointed with their prices, shipping charges, and especially their returns. We think it is their policy to discourage their costumers from making returns. The "100% lifetime guarantee" is a joke!
