EI work as a towing contractor for agero, trust me it's not only the customer they dont care about. We get the short end a lot. They called us to go do a call, all my trucks were out. I told them I couldnt help. Got hung up on. Another rep calls back an hour later. Told her again didnt have a truck aval. She pleads with me to help them , and offers a 500.00 bonus to go do the call. ( well I do have my truck I keep for police calls!) So I forward the phones get in the truck and go. Then the check comes , of course its 500.00 short. 3 weeks later and 10 hours on the phone still no resolution other than call this group which rolls you to this group who sends you to a third group who sends you back where you started. ( blood pressure rises) it wouldn't be so bad If this was isolated. But they cut every 1/2 sent they can from your pay, then to top it off they send out a letter that they will no longer pay tax it's now included in your rate????? Umm you tell us the rate we get , there is no negotiation, and now you rewrite the contract at a whim.... but if we fight back you run us around then bury us in paper work from corp lawyer on salary.... So next time you wait for a agero tow truck for 16 hours just know it's not the towing companies fault we dont pay 100k for a tow truck 6k a month for insurance then want yo pay them to tow your car! Agero GTH ( and when your corporate *** reads this , go ahead with your lawyer . I dont have anything left you already bankrupted me. User's recommendation: RUN.
