Issues with misplaced card in home and cant make a payment thru IVR

I called two days ago about a misplaced credit card in the home. The agent flagged my account due to fraud and I cannot make a dam payment in the IVR system. I cannot access my account online or make a payment on the site due to account being limited or locked. Seriously, you don't have a guest payment system. I told the agent more than 15 times and said "remove the hold off my account" remove my hold off the account!!!! Where do they get this people????
