Issues right from the start

I ordered an item over 707.00 after tax. Immediately pending out of my account early morning around 4:00 am sat June 13, 2020. I ordered And paid for an item Measuring 85 in diameter, I received an email hours later informing That my order has been shipped. Wow! Now that's FAST I thought. I still have to wait to check tracking number 24-48 hours to know for sure, we will see. PROBLEM IS The item they claim that has been shipped is showing item at 75 in diameter, NOT 85. I have tried to call, but they do not open til 2:00 Eastern Standard Time, my time zone. And have already emailed them with my concern! We shall see how this plays out! Bank has also been notified. Hoping this was just an honest overtire, we shall see User's recommendation: Read reviews. Hoping honest mistake.
