Horrible, very unorganized and just insanely dumb. My taxes are being held for over 2 months just because of how irresponsible this organization is. Issued 1095 A form when I didn't even have insurance with them, and claimed that to IRS, which of course made the IRS confused and hold MY MONEY which I need. I called them talked to so called " supervisor" who doesn't know anything, makes me wonder why she is even in the management. All she kept saying is to wait wait wait, which I don't want to no more, when its marketplace fault. Can someone help me or suggest something because they don't know how to do their job!!! Horrible
