Dear Sir I am a reader of HT and taking subscription of HT from last 2 years.this year while renewing the subscription in Sep, 2020, I have renewed subscription from my spouse number and paid amount of Ra 1799 via Paytm for 1 year subscription of HT with Mint. When I queried for coupons and Mint paper, customer care team told me that your address is mentioned for Delhi location and we have delivered there but I never resided in Delhi and have requested for issue of duplicate coupons with starting mint paper with HT on 2nd December, 2020. After the complain, my address was updated on 4th, December, 2020 but till date I have neither received the coupons nor my mint subscription has started. After rigorous followup, only complain is raised but no action is taken for the same. Can you please help out with Subscription or cancel the subscription since I am not interested any more with HT.
