Issue with redeeming voucher

Customer contact person was very helpful!! Issue with voucher to do with "name on voucher not matching name given in booking", although name seems to be correctly given in booking. Issue unknown to customer contact person. Second name first letter change automatically from capital to small letter in booking. Voucher has all capital first letter. Therfore mismatch i guesss. User's recommendation: Very long waiting time on phone.
