Issue with login in, again.

I cant ever login online to my Paylocity account to do the mods on my account. Whys that ? My company ID - works. My ID - works. My password-works. If not I wouldnt get the questions, thats what doesnt work. User's recommendation: Get the customers a person to help them solve the problems.
