I have two complaints. First we had a flight from Windsor to Calgary with a layover in Toronto. The flight left late causing us to miss the layover . Reason for delayed flight was they were waiting for late arriving passengers. That is ridiculous. We arrived on time and had to miss our flight to Calgary because other people didnt arrive on Time? So you punished the passengers who got there on time and rewarded the late arrivals? Thats bad business . You were understaffed and couldnt board the plain on time. Plan and simple .
