Issue with egiftcard

I bought an egiftcard online. When I went to use the E- gift card on the Panda Express website I received an error message my e-gift card was not recognized. System did not recognize egiftcard. Ended up Wasting 30 minutes trying to place an online order. After numerous attempts, the gift card did not work. I ended up calling customer service waited on hold for 15 minutes only to be told the system is down. There was nothing they could do to call back tomorrow. Very disappointment in the customer service and online ordering experience. Requesting my $30 refund.
