Issue with an auction

Dear Sir/madam, I have an account with Cube Smart Storage (1019),Almeda Road, Houston,Texas .I paid the first month rent on November. I am out of the state on next two months. So I am unable to pay the rent on that time. I contacted the head office of California and they forward me the next bill including March Rent. They sent me the mail that If I can pay this amount It will not go to Auction. But on March/ 4/2019.the people from the storage called me that we already have the auction details in their website and somebody bought these items. So I can't find any auction details in the website. Please help me to avoid this auction without losing my valuables. in the storage. With Regards, Jitha Thomas 1-83*-908-**** jitha50@***.com
