Hello. , so I had a win in the MGM at one of the slots that totaled roughly 375 million in one of the free spin bonuses. It didnt register into the amount of coins I have and it's done this a few times. I know it's not a crisis and all and that it's just a game but I spend a lot of money on this game ( which I probably shouldn't do lol ) however I am very addicted to this game and when I waste about 500 m chips then finally get a bonus like that just for it to disappear is starting to get a bit annoying as I was already almost out of chips. I'm not sure how to get this issue fixed but I'm about to just give up on it at this point its making the game not fun and seem like it's being done on purpose to make me buy more chips. This has happened to a few people I've talked to as well, so I'm reaching out for them as well just to give you guys a heads up on the issue and to ask if it could be looked into getting fixed as we all just live this game. Please get back to me at your earliest convenience we uh understand it may take a while as this isn't a crisis but if you could see on your end what just happened in my game is it possible to get those chips to show up I used the past bit of money I had to win those and it's a bit discouraging. User's recommendation: Dont feel like the issue is trivial yes its only a game but personally I put a ton of money into these games (sometimes more than I should lol) and when theres an issue with your game speak up because that's your money supporting these games and your issue is just as important as every other issue in our lives. Byt be polite always to the game employees my experience with them have always been positive and they have always been awesome in resolving the issue.
