Pangea realestate is the worst and most diabolical realestate company to ever exist in the city of Chicago. They are realestate thugs who uses the cook county circuit Court to extort honest renters. They are vile and uncaring and they make up fees to add to this ledger which you will never see and charge you to make repairs that they should make .They even charge you for water you can't drink because there is an exotic array of bugs that climb out of the sinks and faucets that are only native to there properties. They will rent you a rat Haven and charge you 100$ a month for cats The staff is a bunch of rude undereducated highschool parrots who threaten to evict you when you ask questions because these low-minded manangers (and I use that term loosely . ) Don't even know why they're doing the things they do. Pangea sucks and if you are currently renting from them and having a good time tell them your not renewing your lease and what how like a jilted lover they start to tell you what you owe them. Yeah you can leave but they will attack you in eviction court and make it so you can't rent anywhere else and if you pay them you can still be with them how horrific.
