Is this a faulty surveyt?
Hi - I got an email from you asking me to fill out a survey re: my satisfaction with shopping at Shoppers. I was tempted by the offer of a free gift if I would do this. I filled out the survey and submitted it. Then I was taken to a page where all the different gifts were listed - quite a few, the first being CBD Oil and the second an Iphone 11 pro. I scrolled through the list of offers and decided why not - go for the iphone... It seemed a bit too good to be true but I trust Shoppers, so didn't question it. The link took me to a page on which there was a warning from Microsoft that this is NOT A SAFE website and advised to GO BACK. I went back and tried about five of the coupon offers and each of them landed on that same page. Are you aware of this? Is it a scam or is Microsoft getting too protective? Who is requesting surveys for your stores? It isn't the first time I've seen something like this but I was surprised that it would be linked with Shoppers. I rather lilke you guys so rather than just forget about it and go about my day, I thought it might help if I wrote you about it. This kind of thing is eroding your online reputation! Thanks, Elly Roselle PS: I took 2 screenshots of the page I'm referring to but your system communication program doesn't have a way to attach them to this message. Tsk! PPS: Before I submitted this letter to you, I clicked on your PISSED CONSUMER TERMS OF SERVICE. Good grief! what a document. I am not a pissed consumer, just a concerned friend of the company. Anyway once I scanned through it and tried to GO BACK to the message above and the whole thing was erased and if I had not COPIED my own message before I went to that terms of service link I would not have bothered to rewrite it. This is a courtesy letter from someone who is trying to be helpful. I am not impressed with your treatment of customers who just want to offer some constructive feedback and report what might be a serious problem. This is most likely the last time I will ever bother. Have a good life, all of you!
