DS Services missed a water delivery on 9/13/18. I have been writing / calling them ever since. I've accumulated nearly 10 emails back and forth. All they do is promise a date and they just don't deliver. I have requested an escalation via phone and in writing. Their customer service says there is no way internally for them to speak to a branch manager. All they can do is "email a branch manager". Really!!!!! If they actually DID escalate it internally, their router manager / branch manager has no clue about customer service. With so many escalations, any branch manager worth his pay check would have immediately called back and found a way to solve the problem. Does this company have some type of management that cares about its customers?
