I booked a 2 rooms for March 14 to the 21st 2020 trip number 203-05*-052-**, I had to cancel because, My grand kids were on spring break on April 11 to the 18th 2020. The manager Steve Walker told me to re book for the April dates. and I did ,not knowing the price of the March hotel I thought was more but it was less and Steve Walker said the price had to be the same or more. Now Steve Walker will not re fund my money for the cancellation. Even though I said I would pay the difference for the March booking. I don't think its fair.
