Really bad experience today on December 10. We spent over 2 hours in the line to wait for the meeting with Santa. When we finally got the gate, the reception guy told us we had to pay for packages if we wanted the photos. He should let the people in the line know this at the beginning, not at the gate. Nobody had told us that we had to pay for taking any photos. I'd happy to pay if I had been told when I waiting. The reception guy didn't take any responsibility on disclosing this information. Most customers paid $15 not for the photo but for the time they had waited. We decided pay nothing for this horrible experience and the staff inside were very unfriendly as we didn't pay.
