Paid for a service and didn't get anything out of it. They didn't resolve any of my tax issues nor did they help in getting my issues with the IRS settled. Am not better off now than I was 1 year ago plus I could have done what they did and saved 2100. On top of all of this I was charged for phone calls that didn't equal the rate they charged me. I have their phone records and I have mine. They would charge me 10 minutes for a 2 minute call and that's just one of them. I have numerous calls that they charged me for that they didn't do. On top of all this am a disabled Veteran who was told they would take care of me
