I placed an order on 7/31/18 for two polo shirts embroided, my children started school on 8/20. I understood the volume is high around this time, but it still should not excuse the misleading of your customer service. I called the 2nd week just to follow up and i was told in 3 days to expect shipment. Still no shipment. Called again on 8/21, and was told that it is sitting in the warehouse. I have yet to receive any kind of direction as to when my package will arrive; no email to track my order, not even a courtesy call or text to express care or concern from your end about my order. The communication is terrible and the customer service is no help nor empathetic. I can't get a refund which is upsetting. In the future i want nothing to do with this type of service, I should have read the reviews before placing an order.
