Beware of this agency as they will pretend to be helpful in the beginning, don't expect that you'll able to get a maid from here as they will keep on passing you around just to delay time. No resolutions and no follow ups at all from them, they just after the money. Save yourself from this troubling agency. My case is not long time ago but i only decided to share it to the public now as there are more and more victims get cheated by them. I had a very bad experience hiring a maid from this agency. They are very good in talking and pushing you to hire the maid quickly and make payment as soon as possible but the maid never comes at all and i thought is was the maid problem initially until they ask me to fork out another extra fees for maid replacement. I asked why i should fork out extra fees for that? They said its for deposit or something or fasten the process. Once you paid, you still need to wait for a long time and maid didnt come at all! You can get full refund but problem is you gonna wait a LONG TIME to get back your money! Stay away from this agency!
