Irresponsible handling returns

On 6/13/19 i purchased 2 prs of sneakers. 1 wk later i called requesting a return shipping label be mailed to me. 2 wks later i received a paper with instructions on how to print label. I called & let cust. Svc know i was not sent the return shipping label but rec'd instructions on how to print one. They said they would send it. 10 days later i rec'd another paper for how to print label. I called again cust svc & let them know. Said they would send it. Finally got it 10 days later. Mailed out the shoes. I called 2 wks later. Said to me shoes were rec'd. Refund already issued. I called today July 19 . .said to me error from their part that refund did not go thru. Will issue another refund; to wait another 5 to 10 bus days. One thing after another going wrong. What so many errors processing the refund? There were experts in taking the money out of my card quickly . .why all the drama to put it back ? ? ?
