Weblink Broadband is a bad Internet provider situated in Dombivli(E). Though they promise good service while taking an Internet connection but Please DO NOT trust them. Does anyone know their headquarters PLEASE?? Before paying them 6500 for the internet connection, they promised their Wireless Switch on the building has a strong range BUT after taking the service and paying them well, it seemed I had to call every 3 days for poor internet connection. This company operates locally only in Dombivli and still they cannot provide good service to their limited customers!! After complaining it takes them 4 days to come and look into it. Lately I complained and on phone I got a message saying the technicians are sent to your place!! and guess what they did not reach even on the 4th day LOL. Please people a sincere request, if you wanna spend money, spend it for a good cause not to donate to such crap service. I pay them for 2MBPS download and they provide me with 512 KBPS. On the receipt [I have the proof] its mentioned 2MBPS and in the Account section of their own Admin, its mentioned "512 KBPS". I have taken the screenshots and I can even upload the receipt scanned image and the Account screenshot here or anywhere. They are just bluffing and taking monies out of you. This has not only happened to me. I have seen many comments against them but it was too late since I had already paid them for the initial connection. Hope for some better Internet Provider to come in Dombivli(E) area and they will get a good amount of customers if they provide atleast satisfactory service to the customers.
