Worst platform I've ever tried for trading. I strongly believe that is my responsibility to share the horrible experience I had. You can lose all your funds in seconds. Yesterday, after a problem with the platform about buying cryptocurrency- CFX (Ripple), which was that I was not able to buy it despite i had positive balance, an option of USD/CAD appeared without any will to create it, nor accepting/execute it. After few seconds I lost 60% of my investing funds (1.019€). I immediately contacted the support team, but the platform did not give me a solution. Puedes perder todo tu capital en cuestión de segundos. Ayer, tras un problema con la plataforma que no me dejaba comprar una criptomoneda -CFX (Ripple) teniendo saldo, apareció una opción de USD/CAD sin que yo tuviera voluntad de crearla/ejecutarla. En cuestión de segundos perdí el 60% de mi capital destinado a inversión (1.019€). Tras contactar instantáneamente y por todos los medios a la plataforma, esta no me ha ofrecido solución alguna.
