Hi I logged a call for a claim on 8 June 2019. I have spoken to various consultants not to mention on certain days I even gave up as there was just no answer. Today after waiting at least 30 mins on the call I have been told that I need to wait 2 days as the phone is beyond economical repair and a new phone would need to be sourced from supplier. During this period I have no cellphone and I am paying for my contract and insurance. I have paid the claim amount of R879.90 and followed due deligence. This is the number for the claim TC034601. I am really frustrated as I need to make use of this phone frequently. It has been a long time. Please expedite.
