ipage.com's website clearly states "Money back anytime guarantee." I paid for one years hosting and could not upload my site to them. Google Chrome repeatedly showed "Ooooops cannot connect." When I Google ipage.com and click on the first listing it still shows this message. I emailed iPage repeatedly for two weeks to cancel and refund. They didn't. I contacted my website software manufacturer who checked everything out and confirmed the problem was with iPage. A month has passed and they still have not refunded. I have lodged a complaint with the Advertising Standards Authority. I am a completley pissed off consumer.
