Invoice 368513

The engine will not turn 360 degrees LOCKS UP. I have received the email twice to upload documents and video the link requires video, pdf and jpeg which were uploaded to the link. A prompt pops up stating please select a doc pdf or image file to upload, redundant or this company isn't going to follow through. I was put in contact with a supervisor voice mail no follow up.
