WAS ON LIVE CHAT OVER 3 HOURS-PURCHASED A TONNO PRO PART # LR-1095. WOULD NOT FIX-TALKED TO TRE L (VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE REP) AND HE TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS NOTHING YOU COULD DO FOR ME- ANDIF I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS TO CALL THE MFG DIRECT. I DID, TALKED TO TONNO AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DO NOT MAKE A COVER FOR THE 2020 GMC DENALI AND THAT I SHOULD CALL YOU AND HAVE YOU PICK IT UP AND REFUND MY MONEY. I CHECKED TO MAKE SURE THAT IT WAS ORDERED RIGHT AND THE INVOICE DID STATE 2020 GMC DENALI. HOW CAN I GET THIS PICK UP AND MY CREDIT CARD REFUND. TALKING TO TONNO THEY COULD NOT SEE HOW THIS HAPPEN-THEY WAS VERY POLITE AND TRIED TO HELP AND TOLD ME IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEM THAT YOU COULD CALL THEM User's recommendation: customer service is really bad-very bad-do not answer phone calls after waiting over 3 hours and then go on their live chat over to wait over 4 hours and no answer.
