Invalid reference number and appointment code

After I completed the form and obtained the appointment on line, I did not receive the reference number required to pay the passport renewal application. I called the help desk to assist me and provide the contact details of the DFA office where I sent the appointment request. I emailed the DFA Calasiao and thankfully they helped me with my appointment schedule. Everything is sorted now, and I am just waiting now for the release of my new passport. User's recommendation: Should you need any assistance or you encounter same problem I experienced, call the DFA appointment help desk. The operator I speak with is very kind and she assisted me and helped me to resolve my appointment issues.
