Intrusion twice by guest and hotel worker

A guest and then a hotel worker decided to try to barge into my room even though I have reserved for four nights. Then the worker had the nerve to say I need to lower my voice after almost being intruded upon twice when she said that she would call me back about the matter. User's recommendation: Beware of negligent workers.
