I booked a U-Haul Trailer and when I attempted to purchase the accessory for my vehicle the web order form told me that I had to go pick it up at another location. I went to the other location to purchase the accessory and I had some questions about the item e.g. does it come with the insert pin. The representative was condescending and rude. I stated, "are all Uhaul employees *** rude". At this point, the man became irate, tresspassed me from the location, and kicked me out of the store. He told me, "go buy it from Canadian Tire". I was threatened to call the police and so on and so forth. UHaul then blacklisted me and placed me on e-alert or something, then cancelled my reservation. User's recommendation: Never been blacklisted.
