We purchased an Intex blowup mattress from Sams Club in November 2020. We used it three different times over 5 months. On the third time it would leak down over several hours. We checked the unit for holes, none were found. It seemed it was leaking through the blowup unit. I made several calls to them. Finally, one of their reps said there would send paperwork by E-mail to replace the unit (It had a one-year warranty). He told me to cut out the Intex name on the side of the mattress and send it back with the paperwork. The next day I received an E-mail denying the claim. User's recommendation: Don’t buy Intex products.
