This ISP is the worst that I have ever experienced. Unfortunately, this is my only option outside of satellite due to my location. I signed up for 50MBs and found out after the fact that I could only get 5MB. To make things worse, I only get a very spotty 2.5MB. It's the year 2020. Get with the times!! (Ball Ground, GA) User's recommendation: Only use if you have no other choice.
