I purchased bar stools online on 7.14.19 and received an email shortly after the purchasing stating …”An associate will contact you shortly to confirm your order. If this is outside of our normal store hours, you will receive a call the next business day.” After never receiving a call I reached out on 7.17 to speak with someone in their internet sales department, Kendra. Kendra told me the bar stools were no longer available but would see if we could special order them or find another bar stools for me. One week later she never got back to me so I reached out to her again. She explained that I could get the barstools I had purchased online but I wouldn’t get them until November and the price of the barstool doubled. She said she was going to do some digging to see other options and never got back to me. I have five times and spoke to and left messages with different people to call me back and I have gotten nothing yet. So to summarize Becker Furniture has already taken my payment of $966.32 and can’t get anyone to call me back to either give me my money back or purchase new bar stools. I have never experienced such horrible customer service and will never buy any furniture from them ever again!
