My Internet and Cable has not been not connected after 25 days. We talked to 3 supervisors and nothing happened. The home is in the Brentwood Lakes Preserve gated community at 110 Lure Court. I am the owner and my tenants hold the account. A fiber tech needs to go out and he is not being scheduled. Customer Service has my phone number on file: 772-501-**** Anette Nance
