On June 28, 2021 I called AnswersBy.com to see if they could help me sort out some conflicting information I started receiving from my wifi network. An unidentified network appeared labeled MySpectrum with numbers after it, commandeered my wifi connection and wouldn't let it go. I wanted to clear it out and use what I had already. The AnswersBy technician (who muted the call at least once so I couldn't tell if he or she was still there) implied that any wifi is good wifi and I don't have a thing to worry about. The MySpectrum wifi network is nothing to be concerned about and it will just go away. How long? About an hour. It's actually already been there a few days. Not proud of myself that I just got scammed for $159.99.
